About the client

Sprzedajemy.pl is a free online marketplace where users sell and buy services and goods. It is dedicated mostly to individual sellers. Users can verify each other’s credibility thanks to the integration with Facebook.

The company doesn’t charge commissions for transactions, and users don’t need to pay for adding offers. The platform enables contact between buyers and sellers which supports the decision-making and buying process.

Goal

The main objective was to create an application that would allow users to easily manage their classifieds, search for interesting offers and contact each other.

Our client wanted to build a product that would positively stand out from the competition.

Challenges

we had to meet high expectations from users who already use similar platforms,
creating easy-to-use, intuitive form for sellers,
transparent presentation of classifieds filled with lots of information,
building a functional alternative for a website that could be positively acclaimed by mobile users.

What were we responsible for?

preparing a roadmap and creating a work plan,
creating both mobile platforms from scratch (Swift for iOS; Kotlin for Android),
manual testing,
app development and maintenance after launch,
integration with API from the client’s website.

Our goal was to make awesome mobile apps, which will knockout the competition. Also, we were focused on the budget, which was defined from the beginning.
